This weeks theme is going to be water. I can't begin to relate all the times I've heard people tell me to drink water. Here are just some of the things it can help with:

Remember, our bodies are something like 85% water, so it makes sense to keep your body fed well with this life giving substance. It's a great way to detox your body and one more way to improve your life.

So your challenge is to go out and buy a nice, big waterbottle and just carry it with you for a week. You'll notice that you drink more water just because it's there, and after a week will probably feel great. Let me know your results.
